Managers: We All Need One

Movie stars have them.
Rock stars have them.
CEOs have entire teams of them

Leaders know their value and understand how they add value.

The logic is simple and compelling.

Successful people play to their strengths. They invest their time where it will have the greatest return, and they hire others to do tasks that stand between them and peak performance.

Behind every Successful small business is an Outstanding Manager.

Just because you can make coffee, doesn’t mean that you should. You could very well be an extremely expensive coffee maker in a business context.

It’s true, we got managers, lots of them!

Leaders are important, we all need direction, and at the work place having someone to direct is what keeps the place running.

    Hi TechZ,
Managers helps all test our thinking. We manage each other by questioning and acting as sounding boards. Without that all of us are less effective. I agree with you completely.

Thanks for coming over to comment. :)
