Hi Liz,
We’ll have to talk sometime. I’ve been working on a similar idea. In fact, my first business card when I went on my own this year was Virtual Assistant. I’ve kicked around the Virtual Marketing Assistant and Virtual Manager, but haven’t stuck on one title yet. Assistant feels too limiting and I want to incorporate many skills. I’m still experimenting.

How do you keep all these balls (blogs) in the air? It’s quite a juggling act.

Good luck with the new venture. The Perfect Virtual Manager sounds great.

Always have to be careful working with friends, too. It can totally sour a friendship.

Lately I’ve had to try not to over-manage my time. It gets to where I feel like my entire life fits into hour-long chunks.

A small business requires talents of so many sorts. No one is good at all of them. It makes sense to find someone who can objectively help us sort. Folks often rely on their friends, but friends will let us off the hook, especially in term of time management and accountability.

Neat idea. I used to work for a guy who could use some of this stuff but was way too proud to ever ask for help. He was always late on invoicing and paying people and things like that. Drove me nuts.

And I really like the way you’ve got the layout on here, it’s really clean and pretty.
