A Blogger Now Slowly the Investment Unfolds
View CommentsSo let’s make that entry-level trainee, who’s made relationships throughout the entire enterprise, the new company blogger. How perfect for the organization. She (or he) comes to the position fully prepared. This blogger can
speak the story of the company.
explain the business to key stakeholders.
offer compassion to customers and actively listen.
know how things happen, who to talk to, what the folks who make products are facing, when customer requests might be unrealistic . . . and relate that information with authority, authenticity, and accuracy.
see both sides of the equation and therefore give a fuller explanation.
The key, of course, is that the blogger has a passion for building the relationships with customers and readers to match the relationships she built inside the brick and mortar structure.
That’s when the company will begin to see the value of the investment that was made by spending time in relationship and enterprise training before she started blogging.
